In March of 2000 we started our web site with the idea of
bringing in some additional sales to our retail store that
otherwise would have been unavailable to us. We knew exactly
the type of site we wanted and ProSolutions custom designed
our site exactly to our needs. Additionally we gave all of
the responsibility of hosting and marketing of the site to
the ProSolutions team. Within six months we had a number one
placement in many search engines and top ten in almost all
of them.
With sales booming we again called on the expertise of ProSolutions
to help us process our ever increasing amount of orders. Within
a short period of time we had software in place where we could
process all of credit card orders securely over the internet
without ever receiving a phone call! Furthermore we have an
online database which handles all of our processing and record
keeping. In short, we have become a "paperless" company which
can now handle four times as much business without breaking
a sweat!
In less than a year and a half we have evolved into an e-commerce
company with four web sites. All of our sites have been custom
built, hosted and marketed by the ProSolutions team. A BIG
THANKS to Rick, Ilanit and the entire ProSolutions team for
helping our "additional sales idea" morph into a new fabulously
successful corporation.

Regarding a web site redesign,
Prosolutions emanates the ideology of excellence, quality,
and affordability in website design. I have been a client
of Prosolutions since 1999. They began by hosting a website
for me that was designed by an outside source, but when our
site started looking tired and could not do all of the functions
that I wanted it to do, I decided to make a change. I contacted
them with the idea of a cart that I could manage without seeking
a degree in page maker or web design. They came back to me
with the site that I am currently using and I love it.
The site that Prosolutions built is easy to use and understand.
I can make changes from any computer in the world and it doesn't
require having a "how to operate" manual in front of me. I
also know that help is just a phone call away when I need
something on the site changed. The best part about it is that
I am not nickel and dimmed for the small changes that I need
to make my site look like one of the best.
The professionals at Prosolutions are prompt. Initial designs
for my website had some features that were not working for
my products. I sell coffee in ½, 1, and 5 pound bags and each
size, has a different price associated with it. The initial
product design did not have a feature that would make it easy
for my customers to make a purchase. I went back to the designer
and told him what I needed and it was done within a day.
When looking to succeed in the online market, there are a
few necessities and Prosolutions is one of them.
